Had a tough convo today but I handled it differently based on my profile. Total game changer.
For the first time since I took on that role, I went on leave without feeling guilty or the need to check on my team! My wife was really happy ;)
My client asked me today what I've done because she felt so understood and I seem to be so much more engaged. I closed my biggest sale ever! YEAH
My team stood up for ME today!!! What??? That wouldn't have happened a couple of months ago ... I am just in awe!

I can't believe it!
My performance review went amazing! She said it seems we need to raise the bar now and, hey, she offered me an extra bonus! I'm sooo happy!
Today I said see ya later imposter syndrome and went for it. I applied for the promotion! God, do I feel empowered and I'm so ready for it!
I got told earlier today: whatever it is you're doing, keep it up, because that confidence suits you.
I couldn't feel any better right now!
I said NOOO today! Me! Yes, me! No more work that isn't mine just because you don't want to do it.
Look out, I can say NO now!!!
I'm so excited! I got invited to the yearly golf day! The executive team invites only those who they believe have potential for more. I'm on my way up!
